About The Role

What You'll Be Responsible For

As the Senior Manager - Enterprise Delivery, you will

  • Lead and evolve the Enterprise Delivery Practice, establishing governance, standards, frameworks, and controls to ensure consistent and successful project delivery across the organization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end IT project portfolio, providing executive-level visibility of project health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and benefits realization.
  • Chair governance forums, steering committees, and project review boards to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and delivery commitments.
  • Drive portfolio planning, forecasting, and budget oversight while optimizing resource utilization and vendor spend.
  • Manage large-scale vendor-led initiatives, ensuring delivery against contractual obligations, SLAs, quality standards, and business expectations.
  • Lead RFP processes, vendor evaluations, contract reviews, and Statements of Work (SOW) negotiations to secure optimal delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to align delivery roadmaps with organizational priorities and digital transformation goals.
  • Govern enterprise-wide delivery risk management, ensuring compliance with audit, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Build a high-performing delivery organization through workforce planning, capability development, and effective resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies, tools, templates, lessons learned, and communities of practice.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree is advantageous.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is required.
  • Agile certification such as CSM, SAFe, or equivalent preferred.
  • MSP or equivalent Programme Management certification is an advantage.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience delivering complex IT projects and programmes across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
  • 5+ years leading multidisciplinary technology delivery teams.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise portfolios and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong track record in vendor governance, third-party management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience managing RFPs, vendor selection processes, and contractual engagements.
  • Demonstrated budget ownership and financial management expertise.

Key Skills

  • Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMI, PRINCE2, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio and programme management practices.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, and related delivery tools.
  • Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience reviewing contracts, SOWs, and SLAs.
  • Exceptional leadership, planning, governance, and risk management capabilities.
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
