Job Summary

The Engineering P ro ject Leader will be based in Suzhou, China. Responsible for managing embedded firmware and hardware development for spin-off projects. Contacting with customer to share the project development status.

工程项目主管的工作地点是江苏省苏州市，负责管理衍生项目的嵌入式固件和硬件开发。与客户沟通，分享项目开发进展。

What a typical day looks like

日常工作内容：

• Evaluate feasibility of the project.

评估项目的可行性。

• Define the scope of work. Identify the project's goals, motivation and boundaries.

定义工作范围，识别项目的目标、目的和边界。

• Define project team members. Lead and coordinate cross-functional team including sales, engineering, quality and process.

定义项目组成员，领导并协调跨职能团队，包括销售、工程、质量和工艺。

• Define project plan and life cycle.

定义项目计划和生命周期。

• Define, monitor and adjust project activities.

定义、监控和调整项目活动。

• Define, monitor and adjust project estimates and resources.

定义、监控和调整项目预算及资源。

• Ensure required skills, knowledge and experience for project development.

确保项目开发中有必需的技能、知识和经验支持。

• Ensure project development consistency.

确保项目开发的一致性。

• Identify risks in project according to lesson learns from other projects. Drive team for preventative solutions.

根据其他项目开发中的经验教训，识别当前项目的风险点及组织制定预防措施。

• Regularly internal project meeting to review and report progress of the project.

定期内部项目会，回顾并汇报项目进展。

• Regular project meetings with customers (Tier1 & OEM). Share the updates and get feedback from customer site.

与客户（Tier1 & OEM）进行定期的项目会，更新项目开发进展，收集客户端反馈信息 。

• Business travel to customer site according to project needs.

根据项目需要进行客户走访 。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

岗位需求：

• Fluent in oral, reading and writing English.

英语口语读写流利;

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree of Electronics Engineering, Computer and Software Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. A Master’s Degree is preferred.

电子通信工程、计算机及软件工程、机械电子工程学士学位，优先考虑硕士学位;

• Minimum 5 years experiences of Project Management. Minimum 3 years experiences of Project Management in Automotive industry.

至少有5年的项目管理经验，其中至少有3年的汽车行业项目管理经验；

• Familiar with IATF 16949, ASPICE, familiar with automotive electronics development processes.

熟悉IATF16949、ASPICE等流程体系，熟悉汽车电子开发流程；

The experience will be a plus

加分项：

• Actuator with embedded firmware development experiences.

具备嵌入式软件电机开发经验；

• Experience in key Tier1 customers.

关键Tier1客户经验。

• Familiar with ISO 26262

熟悉ISO26262流程体系
