Job Summary
- Collecting customer samples from customer sites
- Registering samples on the Laboratory Information Management System for tests required by the client
- Assist with packaging samples for despatch to laboratories for analysis
- Proactive monitoring of sample progress through the laboratory to ensure that the customers’ requirements are met and any issues are identified
- Assist with responding to client enquiries
- Perform other duties as required.
About You
- Experience in a similar roles would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
- Excellent standards of PC literacy (Excel, Word)
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own and sites workload
- Able to thrive under pressure and work as part of team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and flexible approach to work with a firm focus on the customer
- Hours of work: Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5.00pm
- Remuneration : Starting salary of €30,000 with annual Increases depending on performance
