Individual Loan Officer - Retail MFB - RIL - Sales - Darbhanga - Laherisarai - J Grades

Key Objective of the Job

To drive Rural Individual Loan business sales and achieving business deliverables.

Major Deliverables

• 1 Ensuring onboarding of quality customers to maintain highest portfolio quality.
• 2 Identifying, sourcing potential rural individual loan customers & disbursing loans as per the internal process
• and policy
• 3 Conducting business and house verification for the potential customer along with financial analysis to
• finalize the desired loan amount.
• 4 Enabling business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
• 5 To ensure achievement of disbursement targets and achieving desired productivity numbers.
• 6 Responsible for maintaining expected collection efficiency and ensuring minimum delinquency.
• 7 Continuous follow up of overdue customers if any to ensure their repayment.
• 8 Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with
• existing and potential customer base.
• 9 Achieving highest First Time Right (FTR)
• 10 Constantly engaging in learning and development programs to upskill.
• 11 Adherence to product, process, and policies of the company.
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
