Public Relations Officer

Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, labour camp regulators etc;

• Seek and apply for pre approvals for Gov Entities and oil/gas sectors which require pre qualifications of vendors
• Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes;
• Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies;
• To maintain database of all legal requirements for renewals of licenses/ land/ property or other company assets.
• To represent GTHE for all police, RTA, Murror, Customs and other government sectors
• To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies.
• To renew all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
• Assist in processing visa & cancellation documents in Abu Dhabi

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Administration or equivalent.
• 3-4 years - experience as a PRO
• Strong background of UAE Labor law
• Proficient typing skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently
• High levels of confidentiality
