What You’ll Do

• Join a 90-day structured training programme
• Learn from internal experts and external coaches
• Sell leading tech solutions to education institutions in the UK and beyond
• Build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities
• Progress into senior roles as the business expands

What We’re Looking For

• No sales experience or degree required
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and resilience
• Self-motivated and target driven
• A genuine interest in business development and tech
• An interest or knowledge in the education sector would be beneficial, but not essential
• 2 A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but don't be put off it you don’t have this

What We Offer

• £24.8–28k starting salary based on experience
• £50k+ OTE with uncapped commission
