What You'll Be Doing

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, quotations, and customer transactions accurately while maintaining detailed records.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, sales, and accounting teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution.
• Monitor customer accounts and proactively communicate updates regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to efficient business operations.

Work Environment

• Primarily office based environment with regular interaction with customers, drivers, sales teams, and operational staff.
• Fast paced setting that requires effective multitasking, adaptability, and strong attention to detail.
• May require extended periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone communication.
