Senior Executive

• Candidates who have experience in Training/ Quality Analyst/ Communication Coach/
• Must have experience as communication trainer/ coms coach/ QA

• Experience in using MS Office.
• Should be open to rotational shifts and WO.
• Ability to drive conversation as per client approved communication style.
• Should be able to bring agents up to speed on cultural nuances (UK).

Candidates can Walkin to the office Mon - Fri 12- 2pm
