Relationship Manager - Agency

The Relationship Manager – Agency will serve as the primary liaison between USGI Legal Entity and its network of independent agents. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of more than 200 agents. This role requires strategic partnership development, performance monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to align agency activities with corporate objectives.

• Onboard, train, and mentor a portfolio of 200+ agency partners.
• Develop and execute agency growth strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor agent performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.
• Facilitate regular communication between agents and internal product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Resolve escalated issues and maintain high levels of agent satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new agency opportunities and competitive threats.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and USGI policies.
• Organize agency events, webinars, and incentive programs.
• Collaborate on product launches and promotional campaigns tailored to agency needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing large agency or partner networks.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets with a distributed sales force.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Experience with CRM and agency management platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare or retail health industry preferred.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for agency visits and events.
