About The Role

  • Work in close partnership with the Deputy Manager to align on daily priorities, project objectives, and operational expectations.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of all ongoing tasks, ensuring complete visibility, active follow-up, and timely completion.
  • Set and maintain the highest standards of code quality, documentation and reliability across all integration deliverables.
  •  Provide hands-on technical guidance to developers, proactively unblocking technical hurdles and preventing delivery risks.
  • Monitor daily tasks closely, ensuring follow-up on action items and strict adherence to project timelines.
  • Actively identify and mitigate development risks before they impact the broader program.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with management through regular, structured communication.
  • Provide accurate daily status updates on tasks, milestones, and ongoing progress.
  • Maintain complete transparency by openly sharing technical challenges, bottlenecks, and project risks as they arise.

 

Responsibility

  • Proactively escalate issues with proposed solutions to ensure rapid decision-making and alignment.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance build and support activities.
  • Review the technical specifical document and make sure it is as per the Loreal Quality stander
  • Good experience in leading technical teams, partnering closely with management (Deputy Managers/Managers), driving quality standards, and managing day-to-day execution
  • Experience with Workato technology is major advantage.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
