Role: IT Assistant Manager

Requirements

• Four-year university degree in Information Systems, computer systems or computer science and 5+ years equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in PMP is an advantage
• 3+ years of in managing and delivering Dynamic CRM projects
• Having background in SAP would be an asset.
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (4.0, 2011,2013) is an advantage
• Preferably has knowledge and experience in other Microsoft products like BizTalk, Sharepointetc
• Working knowledge of data center operations
• Knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and standards, including routers, firewall and IDS/IPS.
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a good team player who has initiative and is highly motivated.
