• Mid Finance analyst (reporting) is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting accurate financial reports with actionable insights for the wider credit control team.
• It is key to be flexible as the tasks may change. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and passionate about turning data into strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports that will be used by the wider credit control team.
• Perform trend analysis and create commentaries based on data to support strategic planning and financial results.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support for audits.

Required Skills/Experience

• 3-6 years working experience in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization)
• Experience in using PowerBI is a positive but not essential.
• General Insurance background is a positive but not essential.
• London Market Insurance is a positive but not essential.
• Analytical problem-solving approach, ability to identify and investigate problems, creating and implementing solutions, decision making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Sound customer service skills. Conversing with external clients.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work unsupervised, prioritize, time management skills and meeting deadlines, pro-active and team player.
• Knowledge of and experience with IRIS system is a positive but not essential
