We partner with three chapters of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to offer personal and professional development opportunities for students in California, Tennessee and Austin.

This initiative launched in spring 2021 with the vision of providing youth access to experiences and education they might not otherwise have. As we focused on increasing inclusion at Cloudera, we aimed to extend that commitment externally to communities.

Year after year, students surveyed report increased confidence in their skills and abilities as a result of their time in the program.
