About The Role

The Specialist, Commercial Operations - Raws Accelerator is responsible for supporting procurement, supplier operations, and inbound supply chain activities to ensure the uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging materials. This role maintains commercial and supplier data, supports sourcing activities, manages operational supplier relationships, and resolves supply and procurement challenges while balancing cost, service, quality, and supply continuity.

Serving as a key link between suppliers, sourcing managers, quality teams, and supply chain stakeholders, this individual monitors supplier performance, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and commercial operations data to drive business results. Using data-driven insights, the Commercial Operations Coordinator helps execute procurement strategies, improve supplier performance, support business continuity, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain ERP systems to ensure all commercial and supplier information is accurate, including the creation of new vendors, materials, and item records.
  • Create and manage contracts for Sourcing Managers while identifying opportunities to improve procurement and commercial processes.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies through daily review of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Monitor commercial performance metrics, including inventory levels, commercial incident tracking, supplier performance, and forecast accuracy to support business results.
  • Manage a designated portfolio of raw materials and support resolution of supply, inbound logistics, and procurement-related issues.
  • Serve as the primary logistics contact for assigned suppliers by communicating material requirements, managing supplier performance, and partnering with Supplier Quality Assurance and Sourcing teams to resolve operational challenges and mitigate business risks.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience, including internships, apprenticeships, contract assignments, or full-time roles.
  • Experience in procurement, inbound logistics, supply chain operations, supplier quality, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Experience in direct or indirect procurement, including procurement operations for raw materials and/or packaging materials is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 71,200.00 - USD 98,120.00

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 71,200.00 - USD 97,900.00
