Who We’re Looking For

We’re excited to add an AssociateTechnical Support Specialist to our Internal IT Team. In this role you will provide tiers I, II and III support for all levels in the organization. You’ll work closely with leadership to improve processes and make recommendations for the team to better maintain, upgrade, automate and manage the internal IT environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide tier 1-2 support to end-users
  • Assist in creation of new user accounts
  • Assist in the set-up of new equipment and devices
  • Contribute to documentation of incidents, internal processes and procedures, maintenance of equipment, and training manuals
  • Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner through established protocol and troubleshooting; escalate as necessary
  • Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users
  • Assist users in obtaining access to systems
  • Configure, prepare, and ship laptops and other equipment for new hires and remote users
  • Be available for on-call support for onsite IT issues as needed
  • Assist in Corporate IT projects

What You'll Need

  • Understanding of Microsoft Products including Office365 and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Resource Groups
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
  • Passion and willingness to learn and use new technologies
  • Readily adaptable to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team and customer focused with a collaborative work style
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and always maintain professionalism and confidence

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience supporting or troubleshooting cloud-based environments within Azure, including identity, access, and basic infrastructure components
  • T echnical certifications such as A+ or Microsoft Certifications
