About The Role

Prepare, review and validate premium, claims and risk Bordereaux in line with Lloyd’s and market requirement
Ensure accurate data capture, formatting and mapping as per the contract specifications and reporting templates
Monitor submission deadlines and maintain accurate records of all Bordereaux reports
Assist with regulatory reporting and provide data insights for internal stakeholders.
Manage and resolve queries from underwriters, brokers and coverholders relating to bordereaux submissions.
Liaise with internal teams to provide clarification and ensure timely resolution.
Escalate complex issues while ensuring continuous follow-up until closure.
Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations/complaints
Floor support to new hires and mentoring them wrt query handling
Working with QA team on escalations
