ABOUT THE ROLE

This internship sits within the sales team of an early-stage AI SaaS company, supporting day-to-day activities that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to B2B sales processes and tools in a fast-moving startup environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct guided outreach to prospective customers via email and phone.
Maintain and update CRM records to keep pipeline data accurate and actionable.
Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and tailored proposals for prospects.
Coordinate meetings and product demos between prospects and account teams.
Track sales metrics and produce reports to support team decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and materials.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
0–2 years of professional sales or customer-facing experience; enthusiasm to learn counts for a lot.
Native-level German and strong professional English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and willingness to develop that skill further.
Ability to craft and tailor sales collateral and bespoke proposals for different audiences.
Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, and how brands win visibility in AI-driven search.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
Self-starter attitude comfortable working in a small, fast-paced startup environment.
