JLL is looking for a Facilities Manager to take ownership of service delivery across a portfolio of client sites, acting as the trusted day-to-day partner for both the client and the wider FM team. You'll balance operational leadership, budget accountability, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring every KPI and SLA is not just met but exceeded. This is a role for someone who enjoys being the go-to person on site — solving problems, coordinating vendors, and representing JLL's reputation in the local market. What You'll Do
- Own service delivery across your assigned portfolio of client sites, ensuring performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, contractors, and vendors, building strong day-to-day working relationships
- Develop and implement Best Practice/Building Operation Plans tailored to each site's needs
- Manage budgets in partnership with Finance, tracking spend, forecasts, and variance reporting to ensure full compliance
- Coordinate procurement and contract processes with the Procurement team, from competitive bidding through to execution
- Lead and coordinate the FM team — including service providers, contractors, and site staff — to deliver agreed programs and initiatives
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits, driving continuous improvement and recommending value-adding projects
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and statutory requirements across all sites
- Represent JLL within the local business and real estate community, promoting the firm's reputation and capabilities
- Support business continuity planning and emergency response, remaining available to resolve urgent issues outside standard hours
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with genuine enthusiasm for continuous improvement and new technologies
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging clients, contractors, and multifunctional teams
- Experience supervising or guiding teams, with the ability to bring people together around shared goals
- Solid financial acumen, comfortable working with budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Practical facilities and building operations knowledge, with an eye for identifying and resolving issues quickly
- Confident proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of the local language for the assigned location is a plus
- A calm, adaptable approach to managing emergencies and unplanned situations professionally
