About The Role
Position Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing enablement to the individual insurance channel marketing teams in the high-net-worth (HNW) business segment, including but not limited to morning meeting management, training sessions, one-on-one coaching, Q&A support, and other interactive formats;
- Develop and implement a structured promotion and training framework to support branch offices in their transition toward high-value products;
- Design a tailored enablement program for high-potential new recruits, deliver training sessions as an instructor, and support branch-led Family Office Partner recruitment initiatives;
- Support client engagement activities targeting high-net-worth clients, including accompanying advisors on client meetings (co-visits);
- Integrate resources from WLC Headquarters and other marketing support functions at the branch level to drive business growth;
- Facilitate coordination, execution, and reporting of WLC-related initiatives assigned by Headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 10 years of professional experience in the insurance industry, banking, or wealth management firms, including at least two years of front- or middle-office experience serving high-net-worth (HNW) clients;
- Solid understanding of the needs and service models for high-net-worth clients;
- Strong capabilities in business training, seminar presentation, accompanying advisors on high-value client meetings and visits, as well as communication and collaboration;
- Open-minded toward new business opportunities and possesses strong rapid learning ability;
- Highly mission-driven and self-motivated, with willingness to travel within the assigned region to support various branches/institutions;
- Professional certifications in finance-related fields are preferred.
