Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This role ensures a smooth hiring experience and contributes to the organization’s talent acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities

Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
Support recruitment reporting and compliance.
Assist in employer branding and sourcing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Typically a University degree and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of recruitment processes.
Good skills in English both written and oral.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with HR system-Workday is prefered.
