Trainee

As a Trainee in our IT infrastructure department, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills. Your primary focus will be on assisting with tech support tasks and contributing to our infrastructure management strategies.

• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Gain practical experience in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure components.
• Learn and apply best practices for network administration and security.
• Support the team in implementing and managing Outlook configurations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient problem-solving.
• Document and update knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IT infrastructure team leads.
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Tech Support Engineer or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of basic IT infrastructure components and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Outlook configuration and email management is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
