About The Role

The Crossdock Administrator will support the day-to-day operational activities across the company’s cross-dock locations, ensuring smooth communication between operators, transport teams and internal stakeholders. The role combines operational support, stock monitoring, reporting, incident resolution and process compliance, with a strong focus on ensuring that activities are performed accurately and according to established procedures.

Role description

Provide day-to-day operational support to cross-dock locations and assist operators with WMS, scanning and verification processes
Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating critical situations when necessary
Monitor stock levels, operational capacity and availability of box pallets across assigned locations
Coordinate transfers, loading/unloading activities and operational communication with transport teams
Maintain accurate operational information and stock updates in SharePoint
Prepare daily reports regarding stock levels, incidents and location status
Support the onboarding and training of operators and ensure operational procedures are followed correctly
Document operational incidents and non-conformities and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

High school diploma or university degree
Previous experience in a similar operational, logistics, warehouse administration or support position
Good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in working with different software applications
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to operational details and accuracy
Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with operators and internal teams
Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to react effectively in time-sensitive situations
