Job Summary**

The Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights for McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. This position involves developing and maintaining BI solutions, performing in-depth data analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across various business units.

Job Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various data sources (e.g., data warehouses, relational databases).
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new BI tools and technologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.
• Document BI processes, data models, and report specifications.
• Assist in identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI capabilities and best practices within the organization.

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with BI reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical-surgical industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $72,400 - $120,600
