Safely operate a sit-down powered industrial truck (PIT).
Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments, and prepare items for shipment
Load and unload trailers
Complete pre-start PIT maintenance inspection report
Follow proper trailer loading and unloading lock-out/tag-out procedure
Complete receiving report to accurately record materials received
Submit receiving reports after trailer is unloaded
Complete load sheet to accurately record the grades, bale count, loading start/stop times for finished goods on outbound shipments
Complete and submit load sheet at completion of shipment
Understand and follow load pattern according to trailer and/or railcar
Follow all safety rules and practices at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

Minimum of 1-2 years Forklift (PIT) experience
Previous industrial manufacturing or corrugated industry is preferred but not required
Be able to multitask in a very fast-paced environment
Be computer literate and able to read, write, and speak English
Effectively use radio and scanning equipment while arranging the transportation of products
The ability to learn, follow instructions, communicate, and work efficiently in a team orientated environment
Must be able to work available shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays is necessary.
