We are looking for a Applied AI Product Manager Intern to support the Applied AI Product Team in driving product-led growth initiatives, experimentation, and AI-enabled customer engagement.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product and design. You will work on real product problems ranging from performance analytics to AI-driven user interactions while contributing directly to product improvements and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Performance & Reporting
- Prepare structured performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Translate product metrics into clear insights and management-ready presentations
- Support weekly/monthly business reviews with data-backed narratives
- Digital Marketing Enablement
- Assist in marketing workflow redesign through use of automation and AI
- Build product and integrate solutions to supporting marketing efforts
- Data Analysis & Experimentation
- Analyze product and user data to identify drop-offs, trends, and growth opportunities
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
- Build and maintain datasets
- AI Conversation Design
- Design and refine AI-driven customer interactions (e.g., WhatsApp, chatbots)
- Analyze conversation data to improve engagement, activation, and retention
- Work with LLM-based systems to structure prompts, flows, and guardrails
Requirements
Required Skills
- Presentation & Communication
- Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling ability
- Product & Design
- Basic UX/UI design understanding (wireframing, user flows)
Preferred Skills
- Web Development
- Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms
- Data & Analytics
- Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query)
- Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly
- AI / Automation (Optional but Valuable)
- Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or prompt design
- Interest in LLM-driven product experiences
