Supervisor, Applications Delivery

Delivery Management

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, products, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models as required.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with global business leaders, product owners, and technology teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related escalations.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across regional and global teams.

Program and Project Oversight

• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution activities.
• Monitor dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and governance processes.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, and technical teams.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture.

Financial and Resource Management

• Manage project budgets and forecasts.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Implement best practices in project delivery and service management.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years in project/program/delivery management roles.
• Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC/GIC), shared services, or multinational environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale technology programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering cloud, digital transformation, ERP, data, infrastructure, or application development initiatives.
