About The Role

Essential Functions

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned oncology products.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to drive growth.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Promote products effectively to oncologists and relevant stakeholders.

Key Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
  • Provide scientific and commercial support to drive product adoption.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
  • Share field insights with marketing and medical teams.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen product positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with medical, marketing, and regulatory teams for effective execution and compliance.
  • Support marketing campaigns and medical education initiatives.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure product availability and smooth supply chain operations.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and strategic actions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Prior experience in oncology segment preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Skills

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
