Position Summary
Global Service Participant (GSP) Support & Development Specialist
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (with a Sub-Saharan Africa regional remit)
Reports To: Manager: GSP
Position Overview
Are you ready to elevate our organizational resilience across the region? We are seeking a Global Service Participant (GSP) Support & Development Specialist based in Johannesburg to support our Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) operations.
In this role, you will apply specialist knowledge to execute and review critical processes within and across departments, supporting regional, divisional, and corporate goals. You will actively participate in—and lead—the design, development, and implementation of processes that strengthen our partner networks across SSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Audits: Oversee ISO audits, ensure strict contract compliance, and manage contract renewals across the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) GSP footprint.
- Regional Process Support: Participate in and lead the design and implementation of operational processes to optimize departmental and regional efficiency.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Effectively manage global service partners and vendors, communicating confidently across all levels of the business.
- Project Support: Provide robust project support and take on project lead exposure as required to drive regional business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an individual contributor (preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong background in contract administration and intermediate MS Office proficiency.
- Advanced MS office experience
Advantages & Preferences
- Prior legal exposure to contract management is highly preferred.
- Proven exposure to project support or project leadership.
