Based at our Barnstaple depot, located at Pottington industrial estate.

Pay rate of £15.82 per hour

Shift pattern of Monday – Friday (20 Hours per week) 4 hours per day.

Looking for a skilled hands-on role where you can take real pride in your work, and be part of a team that keeps your community moving?

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Engineering administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team at our Barnstaple depot.

You’ll help maintain our fleet to the highest safety and presentation standards, supporting a modern mix of vehicles and ensuring they remain road‑ready, compliant, and fit for service as our fleet continues to modernise.

What you’ll be doing

Data entry as part of compliance with legal requirements and Stagecoach policy.
Assisting with stores processing and materiel usage.
Ensuring all work meets health & safety and DVSA standards.
Some heavy lifting will be involved.

What we’re looking for

A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Computer literate and comfortable with windows operating system.

Able to work independently and take initiative

Good organisational skills and capable of adapting to service requirements.

Must be prepared to do overtime to cover annual leave.

A sense of humour.
