Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications, announcements, and newsletters.
Design visual communication materials, including posters, flyers, presentations, infographics, and digital content.
Support the maintenance and updating of communication boards, digital displays, intranet content, and internal communication channels.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, corporate events, and internal campaigns.
Create content for internal communication platforms and corporate social media channels as required.
Capture and edit photographs and videos during company events and activities.
Support employee surveys related to engagement, culture, and communication effectiveness.
Monitor communication campaign performance and prepare basic reports and metrics.
Maintain communication records, databases, and documentation.
Provide administrative support for communication and HR-related projects.
Support our visitor with reservations

Qualifications

Active student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in

Communication Sciences
Organizational Communication
Marketing
Public Relations
Graphic Design
Or a related field
