Meet your future team
You will join the New Sloped Roof Windows Platforms area within Systems & Product Engineering, where we develop the next generation of scalable and high-performing roof window solutions. Working closely with Category Management, Product Development, Engineering, and other key stakeholders, the team translates customer, market, business, and regulatory needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
Our mission is to enable the development of robust, modular platforms that support innovation, accelerate product launches, and create long-term value for customers and the business. You will play a key role in ensuring that requirements are well-defined, traceable, decomposed, and aligned throughout the product development lifecycle.
What we offer
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and governing product and platform requirements that guide future product development. You will help ensure that customer expectations, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and product performance targets are translated into successful product solutions.
More specifically your tasks will be to
- Lead and facilitate requirements management activities across product and platform development projects.
- Translate market, customer, business, and regulatory needs into structured, clear, and verifiable product requirements.
- Ensure requirements traceability, validation, verification, and change management throughout the development lifecycle.
- Monitor requirement maturity and quality, supporting sound technical and business decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of requirements management practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Help ensure that products deliver the intended customer value, performance, quality, and compliance.
- Define and develop product and platform concepts, functionalities, and performance targets aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and platform strategy.
- Drive the development and maturation of product-level design concepts and technical solutions on system level.
- Evaluate alternatives and support technical trade-off decisions to ensure optimal product performance.

Moreover, we expect that you
- Have experience with requirements management, systems engineering, product development, or a related engineering discipline.
- Understand requirement definition, traceability, verification, validation, and change management processes.
- Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
- Bring a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Have experience working with complex products, modular architectures, or platform-based development environments.
- Are comfortable facilitating discussions and aligning diverse perspectives toward common objectives.
- Hold a relevant technical degree within Engineering, Systems Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
