About The Role

We are seeking a People Partner to join our Headquarter People Partnering organisation in Copenhagen, supporting the Global Finance Function.

Our People Partners are the glue of the People Function organisation. The primary responsibilities can be grouped into three areas:

  • Full ownership of HR annual cycle activities
  • Supporting the planning and execution of strategic HR projects and initiatives
  • Developing and facilitating workshops, and providing sparring to our business leaders

Our People Partners play a key role in ensuring a great HR experience for our leaders and employees across HQ and beyond. From time to time this will also involve more operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with Global People Business Partners who support Senior Global Finance Leaders on the implementation of the global and function-specific People Strategy, with a focus on transformation
  • Build strong relationships with functional leaders and provide sparring and guidance on leadership and employee experience
  • Work with the Regional People Functions on the day-to-day delivery of people processes, and resolve complex cases
  • Collaborate closely with HR professionals and specialists across our Solutions and Deployment teams
  • Identify and address opportunities for improvement for our leaders by drawing on people insights and available data
  • Participate in recruitment processes where relevant

We are looking for

  • A genuine commitment to business partnering and to supporting leaders in delivering a great management experience for our employees
  • Solid experience across the HR annual cycle in a corporate environment, including performance management, salary review, employee engagement, and talent review
  • Experience in an HR partnering role within a large organisation (ideally a global organisation with a matrix structure) is an advantage
  • Experience with change management, workshop facilitation, and individual coaching
  • Comfortable navigating organisational complexity, change, and ambiguity
  • Strong proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Based in Copenhagen
