We’re searching for a Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team with effective coordination, timely communication, accurate administration, and seamless execution of sales activities at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be

● Providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

● Handling sales enquiries, responding to client requests, preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documents in a timely manner

● Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clients, accounts, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in relevant hotel systems

● Coordinating appointments, client meetings, sales calls, site inspections, and hotel visits for prospective and existing clients

● Following up on sales enquiries and leads and ensuring timely communication with clients and business partners

● Coordinating closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Events, and other departments to ensure client requirements are communicated and followed through

● Assisting with the preparation and distribution of sales reports, account updates, forecasts, presentations, and other commercial information

● Supporting the organization of sales activities, client events, trade shows, exhibitions, promotions, and other business development initiatives

● Assisting Sales Managers with account management, client correspondence, sales documentation, and follow-up activities

● Coordinating internal communication and documentation related to group bookings, meetings, events, and other business generated through the Sales team

● Monitoring pending enquiries, proposals, contracts, and confirmations to ensure opportunities are followed up and converted in a timely manner

● Maintaining an organized filing system for sales records, contracts, correspondence, and other relevant documents

● Handling client and internal queries professionally and ensuring appropriate follow-up with the relevant team members

● Supporting the Sales & Marketing team with other administrative and operational requirements as needed

What We need from you

  • ● Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • ● Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Coordination, Front Office, Reservations, or a similar hotel or hospitality role preferred
  • ● Good understanding of hotel sales operations, customer service, and commercial processes
  • ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
  • ● Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • ● Familiarity with hotel systems, CRM tools, sales reporting, and administrative processes preferred
  • ● Ability to communicate professionally with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders
  • ● Positive, proactive, and well-organized with a strong willingness to learn and support the Sales & Marketing team
  • ● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage changing priorities
