We’re searching for a Housekeeping Attendant to ensure our guest rooms and hotel spaces are clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented, helping create the warm and effortless stay our guests expect at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be

• ● Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas in accordance with hotel standards
• ● Making beds, changing linen, replenishing guest amenities, and ensuring rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests
• ● Ensuring guest rooms are cleaned thoroughly and presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and appearance
• ● Checking rooms for any maintenance issues, missing items, or unusual conditions and reporting them promptly to the Supervisor
• ● Responding to guest requests and providing assistance in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• ● Maintaining cleanliness and organization of housekeeping pantries, linen rooms, storage areas, and other assigned back-of-house areas
• ● Handling linen, towels, guest supplies, and cleaning equipment carefully and responsibly
• ● Supporting the cleaning and upkeep of public areas when required, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, and other guest spaces
• ● Working closely with Housekeeping Supervisors, Laundry, Front Office, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• ● Following established procedures for lost and found items and ensuring all guest belongings are handled with care and integrity
• ● Using cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment safely and correctly in accordance with hotel procedures
• ● Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous approach when interacting with guests and colleagues
• ● Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health and safety, environmental, chemical handling, and workplace standards as required by local regulations

What We need from you

• ● Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• ● Previous experience in Housekeeping, hotel operations, or a similar hospitality environment preferred; freshers with the right attitude and potential may also be considered
• ● Basic understanding of hotel housekeeping operations and guest room cleaning standards
• ● Good attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort
• ● Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and service-oriented approach
• ● Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues during busy operations
• ● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow established procedures and standards
• ● Ability to work in a physically active role and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• ● Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on business requirements
• ● Knowledge of hygiene, health and safety, chemical handling, and workplace safety standards as required by local regulations
