We’re searching for an F&B Assistant – Multiskilled to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service across our restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be

● Delivering warm, friendly, and professional service to guests across different Food & Beverage outlets
● Taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service
● Supporting restaurant, bar, banquet, and other F&B operations based on business requirements
● Assisting with the setup, service, and breakdown of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events
● Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, table setup, and overall outlet appearance
● Working closely with the Culinary, Stewarding, Banquet, and other F&B colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service
● Responding to guest requests, questions, and feedback in a professional and positive manner
● Supporting upselling and promoting Food & Beverage products and services to enhance the guest experience and departmental revenue
● Assisting with stock handling, equipment care, mise en place, and other operational requirements as assigned
● Following all food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards as required by local regulations

What We need from you

● Diploma or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred

● Minimum 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred; freshers with the right attitude and potential may also be considered

● Basic knowledge of restaurant, banquet, bar, and general Food & Beverage operations

● Good communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and guest service skills

● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to different F&B operational areas

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple guest requirements

● Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards as required by local regulations
