About The Role

As a Project Manager in the Capability Masterplanning Office (CMO), you will play a key role in providing project-related support. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders on project management matters.

Responsibilities

Work with the Finance Department to oversee project funding transactions, ensure prompt payments to grant recipients, and act as the main liaison for CMO on all funding-related matters.
Review and summaries tickets for Integrated Grant Management System (IGMS), ensuring proper follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the coordination and compilation of documents to facilitate audit processes.
Manage project calls for returns from internal and external stakeholders.
Support the CMO in daily operations (e.g. project record keeping and documentation), coordination of activities, and implementation of office initiatives.
Minimum Diploma in business administration or a related discipline is required.
Possess understanding of project management principles.
Service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English in both verbal and written communication skills.
