Experience Requirements

• Master’s in Urban Design / Urban Planning from reputed institute.
• Minimum 15 years overall experience; at least 7 years in leading large urban planning / land pooling / town planning / master planning assignments.

Job Description

Overall technical and managerial head of the assignment; responsible for integrated planning approach, coordination with APCRDA, approval of all drawings, reports, LPS layouts, stakeholder consultations, and statutory compliance. Leads design reviews, presentations, and final sign-off of deliverables.
