• Coordinate with Audit team
• Manage Concurrent Audit
• Perform GL Reconciliation
• UE Reporting
• Coordinate with IAD audit and coordinate with RPC’s for closure of audit observations
• Should have knowledge of KYC documents and regulations
• Identification and Implementation of the Quality Checks to be done on the new processes released of Retail Liability Operations
• Performing quality control checks as per the defined parameter
• Performing regulatory activities , tracking and reporting the same within defined timelines
• Identifying controls for system validations
• Liaising with Departments like Compliance/Product/ Process as and when required
• Monitoring accounts opened for Financial Inclusiona – BSBDA
• Handling of Regulatory Reporting
• Review of Process and Product notes
• Handling query desk for queries raised by Branch/ RPC’s

Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Interacting with various stake holders
• Should have good knowledge on Excel, Word, PPT
• Knowledge of building queries for extracting data from reporting systems
• Eye for details
• Knowledge of KYC guidelines
