Job Summary**

The Completions Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of well completions operations for Primoris Energy Services - Nexus, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and technical oversight to optimize well productivity.

Job Responsibilities**

Develop, implement, and manage detailed completions programs for various well types, including hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing operations, and wellbore interventions.
Lead and supervise a team of completions engineers, supervisors, and field personnel, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and career development opportunities.
Collaborate with drilling, production, and reservoir engineering teams to optimize well designs and maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring cost-effective execution and adherence to financial targets.
Oversee the selection, procurement, and management of completions equipment, materials, and services.
Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
Conduct post-job analysis and performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Stay abreast of industry advancements and new technologies in completions engineering, evaluating their potential application and benefits.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies concerning completions activities.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in completions engineering and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven expertise in hydraulic fracturing, coiled tubing operations, and other stimulation techniques.
Strong understanding of wellbore mechanics, reservoir engineering principles, and production optimization.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Proficiency in completions design software and data analysis tools.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to field locations as required.
