Role Overview
The Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration plays a critical role in building, integrating and optimizing our Global Delivery Center (GDC) ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. This Associate Director-level leader will lead the portfolio of projects/programs driving consistency, standardization across delivery centers with a global delivery workforce to 10,000+ resources.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT services expert with proven experience of running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale. This role requires exceptional knowledge of global delivery center transformation, communication, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Global Delivery Center Build and Integration
- Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale. This includes driving the required consistency, standardization, quality and industrialization across delivery centers
- Establish and drive stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s, monthly quarterly reviews to effectively communicate progress against the program portfolio with the ROI.
- Develop the GDC Playbook, including operating model, governance, processes, KPIs, knowledge management, and workforce planning across delivery centers.
- Establish repeatable onboarding playbooks, transition processes, and best practices to support growth to 10,000+ delivery resources across delivery centers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
- Proven experience of running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale
- Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model, global delivery center operations, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
- Should be a hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and a strong bias towards execution.
- Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multinational environments and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (500+ - 1000 resources).

The base salary range for this position is between $14,000 and $216,000. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job -related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity. At Grant Thornton, compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
