What’s the role?

Bring stories to life, shape conversations that matter, and help connect people to a purpose they're proud of. As Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs , you'll play a key role in supporting internal and external communications across our Small Business and Regional Commercial & Agri businesses within Business & Wealth.

Based in Sydney with hybrid working flexibility, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to craft compelling messages, lead employee engagement initiatives, deliver creative media and content campaigns, and provide trusted communications counsel. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where your ideas, creativity and strategic thinking will help shape how we connect with employees, customers and communities.

What do I need?

  • Exceptional written, verbal and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging communications.
  • Experience developing and delivering impactful internal communications, content campaigns, events or media initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, advise and partner with senior leaders.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with a willingness to embrace new technologies, channels and ways of communicating.
