About The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding-stage role sitting at the core of a Berlin-based personalized healthtech company, working directly with the founders to ship ideas quickly and eliminate manual work through AI and automation. You'll help build repeatable, measurable systems that improve member outcomes in a regulated health context — with the possibility of converting to a full-time role after a 3–6 month engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work alongside the founders in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment to turn ideas into production quickly.
Automate and eliminate manual ops work using AI, code, and clean processes rather than managing tasks by hand.
Own customer onboarding and technical setup to move members smoothly through the funnel.
Run operations and acquire blood testing locations across the partner network.
Recruit, onboard, and schedule mobile field staff (e.g., nurses).
Manage customer support and concierge workflows, handling member requests and action plans.
Oversee lab logistics including sample flow, shipping, and escalations.
Structure pipelines for product and sales to surface member feedback and patterns to the team.
Build internal tools and automations using AI agents, n8n, Lovable, Retool, Zapier, and LLM APIs (e.g., Claude/GPT).
Track ops KPIs with SQL (cycle times, error rates, stockouts) and turn ad hoc processes into measurable systems.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong ownership mindset with a bias to action — hands-on, structured, and focused on eliminating ops rather than managing it.
Proven ability to turn manual processes into automated, repeatable, measurable systems.
Technically capable: comfortable with basic SQL, APIs, and no-/low-code tools such as n8n, Retool, or Lovable.
AI-native: daily use of tools like Claude, GPT, or Cursor, with an automation-first mindset.
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling field staff and managing logistics operations.
Background or coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Evidence of side projects, prototypes, or code (e.g., a GitHub portfolio).
Experience or genuine interest in healthtech or regulated environments is a plus.
Fluent in both German and English — this is a dealbreaker requirement.
Comfortable committing to a 3–6 month founding-stage engagement.
