ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding-level role at a Y Combinator–backed enterprise AI startup, working directly with the CEO to lead the European expansion from Munich. You'll be the person who turns large enterprises into AI-native operators — combining hands-on agent development, executive-level stakeholder management, and team-building into one high-ownership position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the European rollout end-to-end, partnering closely with the CEO on strategy and execution.
Diagnose high-leverage AI opportunities within enterprise customers and prioritise the highest-value use cases.
Build initial agents and workflows to prove value, then scale adoption organisation-wide.
Run agent hackathons and coach C-suite stakeholders on AI transformation and rollout strategy.
Navigate complex internal politics within customer organisations to find champions and remove blockers.
Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering, advocating for the features that matter.
Hire, mentor, and shape a growing European team as the company scales.
Continuously automate your own workflows using the platform's agent capabilities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Deep, hands-on experience shipping AI agents, workflows, or production ML/AI features in enterprise environments.
Strong grasp of model selection, routing, evaluation design, data residency, and integration architecture for enterprise AI deployments.
Proven track record driving adoption and managing renewals/expansion in large, complex organisations.
Experience building and leading cross-functional deployment teams, including hiring and mentoring.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and influence outcomes across executive and operational levels.
Commercially sharp, with a clear understanding of how deployment work connects to revenue outcomes.
High ownership, high agency, low ego — a bias for action and rapid prioritisation.
Native-level German fluency (required); based in Munich or willing to relocate.
