Asian Investment Banking Division – APAC Fund Finance (AIBD – FF)

APAC Fund Finance Intern

Internship Period: 11 January 2027 – 30 June 2027

This position sits within the Fund Finance team in the Asian Investment Banking Division, Asia Pacific. The Fund Finance team is a product division, providing client solutions across the Institutional Investor, Sponsors, and Sovereigns segments. We are looking for a high performing intern to join our team to drive the business growth across our front office organization.

Job Description

This position assists the business in (I) tracking the progress of strategic initiatives for (II) taking on certain aspects of these strategies initiatives, and (III) establishing a reporting cadence to senior management regarding progress made.
Work with other team members to collate and report certain portfolio management related requirements
Co-ordinate various workstreams in relation to the implementation of our new Oxane information database
Work with various experienced stakeholders and learn different Banking products related to Fund Finance (Markets, Transaction Banking, Capital Markets)
Assist with the preparation of certain aspects of our credit papers
Written and verbal communications, including developing presentation materials and client pitch packs
Supporting senior management with project management by planning & structuring work
Helping to ensure the business remains well managed , and that the weekly cadence of stakeholder engagement is effective (i.e. meeting preparations)

Job Requirements

Keen eye for detail and proficiency in MS Office ( Project, PowerPoint , Excel).
Ability to work under strict timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
“Can-do” attitude and ability to learn new topics quickly
Strong written and spoken English proficiency is needed.
Be a trusted partner, who can collaborate across regions/ teams to deliver best in class results
Capable to work independently and within teams to drive success for the organization
