ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a 6-month generalist internship sitting across People, Finance, and Operations at an AI-native fintech company building compliance and identity infrastructure. You'll work on real, meaningful tasks from day one — touching everything from recruiting to finance ops — and be expected to own work end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating across active searches.
Assist with finance operations such as expense matching, receipt tracking, and month-end close support.
Coordinate travel logistics for the team.
Support new joiner onboarding, including equipment setup, scheduling, and first-week coordination.
Research and evaluate tools, vendors, and processes, then make recommendations.
Take full ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish with minimal direction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme (any field of study).
Strong written communication skills in English.
Some experience with expense tracking, receipt management, or financial operations workflows.
Some experience with recruiting coordination, sourcing, or scheduling.
Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and keep organisational workflows on track.
Comfortable researching and evaluating software or vendor options independently.
Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and switches contexts quickly.
Proactive by nature — you act without needing to be asked.
Experience with travel logistics, event planning, or onboarding processes is a plus.
Familiarity with compliance, KYC, AML, or fintech is a plus but not required.
Based in Amsterdam or able to relocate for the duration of the internship.
