The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Producer to bridge the gap between a great idea and great execution.

You’ll turn rough concepts into shoot-ready plans, coordinate every moving part, run organised shoot days and make sure the final content lands.

This isn’t a coordinator role. You’ll own production, contribute creatively and speak up when an idea or execution could be better.

It’s not traditional film production either. We create fast-moving, social-first content across long-form, short-form and paid media.

You’ll report to our Creative Director and work closely with the content team, Founder and COO. This is an on-site role in Hamilton because you’ll be coordinating shoots, talent, props, locations and handovers in real time.

What You’ll Own

Turning rough ideas into shoot-ready plans
Organising talent, locations, props and timings
Pressure-testing concepts before they reach the set
Running shoot days with clarity and control
Directing talent to get strong, natural performances
Keeping multiple production streams moving
Making sure handover to post-production is clean
Solving problems before they slow us down
Protecting the quality of the work from start to finish

What Your Week Could Look Like

Brainstorming and developing content ideas
Turning scripts and concepts into production plans
Running creative and production roundtables
Preparing upcoming shoots
Spending a meaningful part of the week on set
Keeping paid and organic content moving

Your job is to keep production organised so our creative and technical people can focus on doing their best work and not chasing logistics or fixing avoidable problems.

You’ve produced content end to end and understand what it takes to make a shoot work.

You structure ideas and shape strong stories
You think two or three steps ahead
You ask questions that get real answers
You give clear direction and keep people on task
You stay calm when the plan changes
You respectfully challenge ideas that won’t land
You keep the details tight and production moving
You take ownership and get things done

You’ll ideally come from a fast-turnaround social, creator-led or direct-response content environment. We care more about your judgement, production instincts and ability to execute than a fancy title.

You bring creativity, order, confidence and high standards without the ego.
