About The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as a member of the New Zealand Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Industrial Chemicals business.

You will lead a team of talented commercial professionals while driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, supplier engagement, and market expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities include

Developing and executing the Industrial Chemicals growth strategy
Leading and inspiring a high-performing commercial team
Building and strengthening relationships with global and local principals
Identifying new market opportunities, customers, products, and suppliers
Driving sales, margin growth, and budget performance
Managing commercial negotiations and supplier agreements
Optimising portfolio performance and working capital
Contributing to broader business strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
Ensuring effective use of CRM, commercial reporting, and performance management tools
