What You Will Deliver Operational Excellence & Line Balancing

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

5-8 years of relevant experience in industrial, mining, technology, or innovation-focused environments.
Experience delivering operational excellence, performance improvement, or transformation initiatives.
Experience in process optimization, capacity planning, and productivity improvement programs.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement activities.
