We have an exciting internal opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy Manukau workshop.

As Workshop Controller, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day workshop operation, ensuring jobs are planned, scheduled and completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll be the central link between our Workshop Foremen, Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts team and Service Management , keeping everyone aligned and the workshop running at its best.

What you’ll be responsible for

Coordinating daily workshop activities to maximise productivity, efficiency and technician utilisation.
Planning and scheduling work to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Working closely with Workshop Foremen, Service Advisors, Parts and Service Management.
Supporting workshop profitability and achieving operational KPIs.
Identifying and resolving workflow issues to keep work moving.
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance.
Supporting a positive, high-performing workshop culture.
Keeping customer service at the forefront of workshop operations.
