Roles and responsibilities

Account Payables Processing

Review invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and supporting document
Validate invoice details and payment requirements
Preparation and creation of Form 2307 for withholding taxes
Record transaction in accounting system (QB)
Check Printing

Petty Cash Monitoring

Cash Advances and Reimbursement monitoring
Ensure validation of receipts liquidations
Verify liquidation and accountabilities

Financial Record Keeping

Review documents for completeness and validity
Assign reference number and classify documents
Scan and store documents in digital repository
File physical documents in secure storage
Maintain labeled folders and controlled access

Financial Reconciliation

Perform reconciliation review
Prepare reconciliation report and adjustments
Must be an Accountancy graduate or related
Must have at least 6 months ’ work experience in Accounting (AP, AR, Bookkeeping)
Has knowledge with BIR Rules and Taxation
Good verbal and written English skills
Willing to work in Buendia, Makati
Amenable working night shifts
